Our Infrastructure

Our servers are housed in a datacentre in Maidenhead, UK. The site has multiple redundant UPS systems, backup generators, air-conditioning, staff on-site 24/7, a two megawatt substation with 11kV feed, a backup generator, fire detection and gas supression system, a 2.5 metre palisade security fence around the perimeter, PAC security access system, 24/7 recorded CCTV on every rack aisle and all entrances, multiple fibre routes out of the building - diversely routed, multiple 10 gigbit ethernet network connections to London and Cat6 shielded structured cabling.

Our Network

Our network is fully virtualised and includes monitoring from multiple global locations, as well as monitoring within our datacentre. All our physical servers run RAID 1 and our all our virtual machines are backed-up to a dedicated backup server running securely on our own VPN. All servers are firewalled, kept up-to-date with the latest software patches, run intrusion detection software and, where applicible, web application firewalls, DNSBLS and a host of other security measures. Our engineers are notified 24/7 by email and text message of any events which may warrant attention, we believe our 99.952% uptime speaks for itself.
